1) LSD (lysergic acid diethylamide) is chemical, a derivative of many ergolines found in the fungus ergot, which is a parasite that can grow on rye, wheat, and barley. The chemical is very closely related to lysergic acid and ergine (LSA -- lysergic acid amide) highly present in ergot. LSD does not in any way appear in nature like many of its chemical analogues. Instead, it takes a complex process to turn lysergic acid into LSD. Its chemical formula is C20H25N3O.
2) One dose is anywhere from 25micrograms+. 25ug won't do much to anyone, but 100ug is usually the amount on a single tab. It shouldn't cost more than $25 per dose. Most people can find it for a lot less (on the order of $10-15, sometimes even $5 per dose).
3) LSD is used by placing it on the tongue and swallowing. If you want the effects to come on a little bit stronger and faster (but slightly shorten the experience), then people hold the LSD under their tongue for ten to fifteen minutes or longer and then swallow it.
4) Plus, if you search it for yourself, there's a lot of propaganda out there on the internet (and on yahoo answers, but it's more diverse because of actual experience).
