Is corn syrup good for you? I do not think so. Corn syrup is one of the most evil artificial sweetener in the food industry world wide. It is basically empty calories with no nutrition value at all.
Sugar and that syrup are just as equally bad for your health and are a great started for cell destruction and the beginning of chronic diseases. These artificial sweeteners called empty calories because this is just what they are, they are just calories and nothing else, so there is zero nutrition in them. They promote fat gain as they are being deposited in your gut by insulin that is being secreted by the pancreas. They make you tired because there is no nutrition value in them at all and they are a great kick start for a chronic disease.
Artificial sweeteners make you want to eat more carbs and sweets as they stimulates your appetite further although you do not really need more sweets. Further - they are just refined sugar that damages your cells and interfere with your healthy body immune system function causing you to be tired most of the day, not think clearly, you have no initiative to do much and generally just have cravings to eat more sweets.
Health is a matter of choice. It is not something we can take for granted as it can easily deteriorate if we not supporting it. Health means supplying your body and mind with the right ingredients that will nourish both and help with proper function. Sugar is one of the most evil ingredients one can put into the body. It has no nutrients and it encourage the body to eat more rubbish food. People who do not look after themselves, over worked, under paid, under fed, and generally in poor condition both physically and spiritually - suffer. So if you suffer it is time to stop everything and invest in yourself. Learn to love yourself before you get very sick and not able to function at all.
