Dance Party
Dance is a language that is being observed throughout the world. When you are thinking to plan for a Dance Party just stay calm and follow the basic rules starting from listing down your guests, designing invitations, decorations, dance floor arrangements, music selection, menu planning, etc. Dance parties can be arranged at home as well as at an outside location. If you are arranging for a dance party at home then you have to have a lot of arrangements to take care of and on the other hand if you want to have a dance party at an outside location then you can simply have a lot of time to enjoy and not to worry on different things. If you are planning for a Dance Party at home, then you need to take care of all the arrangements and among them the most hectic can be planning the menu. Just to make it simple, you can divide the menu into three course meal. The starters can include Soup, Taramosalta (Smoked cod roe, olive oil, lemon juice), Tyrosalta (Melted cheese with spicy paprika), Prawn cocktail on shredded lettuce with marie rose sauce, Loukanika (Grilled spicy sausage), Kalamari (Squid rings, deep fried in a light batter), Garlic mushrooms, etc.
For the main course of your Dance Party, you can select the menu from different food classes such as vegetarian meals, fish dishes, steak meals, etc. For your guests who are vegetarian, you can select from Vegetarian Mussaka (Popular Greek dish, thinly sliced potatoes and aubergines with a creamy cheese topping), Gemista (Stuffed tomato and pepper with tomato sauce), Spaghetti (Served in a tomato sauce), and Vegetarian Casserole. From fish meals you can select from Grilled Swordfish Steak, Fresh Salmon, Breaded Scampi, King Prawns in Garlic Sauce, Kalamari (Squid rings that are deep fried in light batter).
For a Steak meals for your Dance Party you can choose from Sirloin Steak, which is served with onion rings, fried mushrooms and grilled tomatoes. Pork Fillet, which is served with cheese and broccoli sauce. Beef fillet served with a pepper sauce. Among other meals you can pick from Stifado (Lean beef cooked with wine, vinegar and onions), Souvaki lamb (Greek style kebab with peppers and onions), Kleftikon (Greek style roast lamb on the bone), etc. For desserts it could be Cheese Cake, Fruit Salad, Ice Cream, Black Forest Gateau, etc. The list of all the different dishes would greatly help you to make a classic menu for your Dance Party and all your guests would truly enjoy and remember your party for a long time to come.
