It's... ah... Dark Side of the Moon plus Wizard of Oz. It's strange... better for you to watch for syncs than get a list beforehand in my opinion. The band says they never synced it (It would be too lengthy and cumbersome to drag in an old fashioned projector and screen into the studio just to time their songs), but who's to say what's really certain?
I will tell you a few places to listen to to see syncs:

The clocks (Time)

Placement of Brain Damage (What character did she just meet?)
As for the album itself... Get a good pair of headphones, go sit in a dark room, and listen to it all the way through. It is an auditory trip. You may have hallucinations or clear images in your head. (I have before!)
