You Could Have a Six Pack In a Week...But You Can't Figure Out Those Last 10 Pounds
There's nothing worse, you look in the mirror and you know you could have your six pack in a week, but you've hit that wall. Nothing's working anymore and no matter what you do you can't get rid of that last 10 pounds of stubborn fat clinging to your stomach. I've got a few suggestions that have helped me bust through the plateau and get my six pack in a week or less.
Make No Mistake About It-It Will Be A War To Get Your Six Pack In a Week
You already knew that though, because nothing you've done to get this far was easy. But you're determined and you've already made great progress, so what happened? Well I'm sure that by now you've cleaned up your diet, at least drastically. It's foolish to think anyone can maintain a perfect diet. So if you do have a cheat meal, or day, simply look past it and re-focus on your abdominal fitness goal.
What's Preventing You From Having Your Six Pack In a Week?
This is a bit tricky to answer in the general sense and it's usually easier to answer on an individual case by case. There are many factors that determine exactly where you may be stuck, in this post I'll address the most common road block I see with people who are close to getting their six pack in a week.
1st most common challenge I see is that most people don't understand that by the time you reach this point of being so close you can taste success, is that your body is no longer burning calories at the rate it was when you began your quest for that tone stomach. Your body has already adjusted and figured out it can handle your training routines while burning less calories. If you're not burning more calories than you take in, you'll never burn that last 10 pounds of stubborn fat holding your mid-section and your happiness hostage.
* Solution to this problem for me has always been to gain some lean muscle. Putting on a little muscle can go a long way. You see the mere presence of muscle ignites your fat burning furnace, whether your active or not. Muscle is always at work, even while you sleep. So if you're stuck, don't give up, add a couple pounds of lean muscle to your frame and you may have that six pack in a week figured out.
