According to the motivational teachers and trainers our lives have been created because of the way we think. They suggest that its all in our own heads, and it's up to us to change the way we think. But if I have been doing this already, and I have been changing my thoughts and focusing on all the things I want, then I have been doing that so where is it all?
Just focusing on what we want is not enough; we also need to bring ourselves into alignment with our desires, then we need to hold on to this vibration long enough to attract what it is we want without allowing negative thought patterns to creep back in. This of course is one of the most difficult aspects of the creation process.
Energy Releasing Therapies such as EFT can help to unblock stuck emotions, negative thoughts and energies which hold us back. By releasing stuck emotions and negative thoughts we can hopefully bring ourselves back into alignment with whatever our hearts desire.
How Is This Releasing Thing Going To Help ?
EFT can help by enabling you to release some of these negative energies which are consistently holding you down and keeping you out of a vibrational match with the things you want.
Lets have a look at one example; As you watch yourself remembering about how hard it is to pay your bills your mind then races of at lightening speed and searches for other examples of similar thought patterns from your past. Then in an attempt to make these negative thoughts about your bill situation true for you (as we are always right), without your conscious approval your unconscious mind will then add together all your earlier negative emotions with these newer negative feelings and emotions, and after combining all these negative feeling and vibrations into one force it then aims this complete combined vibration energy force towards this object or thing you do not want to experience, because this is what you have been thinking about.
All of this happens in an instant, which is why the longer you dwell on unpleasant thoughts the worse it usually begins to feel. Your unconscious mind is continuing to mix these negative beliefs or thoughts over an over, minute by minute, second by second, so in the end what chance do we really have of being able to come into vibrational alignment with the things we want to experience.
What Can I Do About It ?
First you need to release some of these unwanted negative emotions. EFT can help to release some of these negative energies providing you with an opportunity to refocus positive vibrational energy towards your desires. This is far more acceptable then only focusing all you vibrational energy towards objects and desires we do not want to experience.
In the end its up to you, no-one can do it for you. After all I cannot jump into your head and think your thoughts. So maybe some of these motivational speakers and thinkers have a point, maybe its is all in our minds. By redirecting more thought energy towards the things I want to experience and less towards the things I do not want to experience then may I can change my life.
