Led Zeppelin is probably one of the most popular bands of all time. But do you really know about them?
Well, they consist of Jimmy Page on guitar, Robert Plant on vocals, John Paul Jones on bass, and John Bonham on drums. However, since John died, his son Jason replaced him in their December 07 reunion concert.
They released their first album, titled Led Zeppelin, in 1969. It immediately sprang to the top of the charts, with such hits as 'Babe I'm Gonna Leave You', 'Dazed and Confused', and 'Good Times Bad Times'.

For the next 11 years, they kept making music and releasing songs. To put it simply, they got to basically the top of the music world, but stopped touring after Bonham died in 1980.
Their run was great though, and they will always be remembered by fans as a great band. However, with three members still in existence, it is possible they will tour the United States. Robert Plant is about to finish up some prior commitments with country singer Alison Krauss. In fact, they think they could make a million dollars each every night, but they don't want to tour! I know, stupid isn't it?
For now, just enjoy the plentiful of albums they released. Also, read some Led Zeppelin Lyrics to kill some time. You should enjoy them!
And hey, if you ever see Jimmy Page or Robert Plant walking down the street, tell them to tour! They need to get the message, although I don't see why they wouldn't have already.
