How can I use my UK desktop PC in France?

I'm hoping one of you kind people here can point me in the right direction.
I've recently moved from London to Paris, and have been busy getting all of my tech set up. Everything - netbook, stereo, TV, printer is working fine over here.
I've just taken delivery of my trusty desktop tower and have been trying to get it set up this morning. I notice below where the power plugs in in the unit it says (with a warning triangle - 230 Volts).
Having looked into this a little, does this mean that my PC won't work with anything less than 230 Volts (I believe it is 220 over here in France)?
Is it the simple matter of getting hold of a voltage converter?

Throughout Europe the voltage is between 220 and 240 volts. All European electric devices can be used throughout Europe. All you need is a different plug to plug it into the wall.
You may well have to get a different plug for your internet connection. That is not standardised in Europe.
