Does anyone know every song that Hank Williams Jr. recorded? I am sure so, but I have some sort of test record

I need to know what kind of record this is too? The songs are handwritten on a tan colored sleeve, the label has Columbia Recording studios,reference recordings(printed), with Hank Jr side 1 and side 2 handwritten. boxes checked for stereo and 33 rpm. If anyone knows anything about this, I would appreciate it.
I found the record in a box of records I bought from someone at a yard sale. It is Hank Jr. singing. Sounds great . I am guessing it came out some time in the sixties since I do know a little about his music.
Sounds like you have a genuine studio demo. Recording studios would have a new artist record some songs--their own or someone else's--to see what sort of vocal range they had or what kind of music would work best. Do you have any idea how old it might be...is there a date on the sleeve? And have you considered that it might have been stolen from the studio before you acquired it? I'm assuming you got it in a legal manner, of course.
