All sun cream labels read "reapply frequently". How often is "frequently"?
Obviously you should always reapply after swimming, but if you are just in the garden? I usually go for about every 1 1/2 hrs, is this adequate? I'm particularly concerned about my 11 month old daughter (SPF 50) - if I get burnt thats one thing, but I'd feel far worse if she did!
You should reapply suncream every 2 hrs or more if you feel it necessary. DO not rub in your suncream just smooth it on and allow it to soak into the skin that way its far more effective.

Washing off the products at the end of the day is just as important as applying the cream, make sure that you use a natural, gentle soap and wash the body all over, not forgetting the face, gently patting the skin dry. The skin acts as a large respirator and cream that is not washed off can clog the cells and preventing the skin from naturally detoxing or filtering out the toxins through the skin that it does at night.
