Aging this is something that happens to us all, when you are young and care free, the last thing you think about is aging. It's not too late to change the way you look, you could start by altering your life style, you could eat more fruit, it is well known that fruits contain antioxidants and vitamins, these are good for your complexion, and your health in general. You should try to eat fruit two or three times a day, you should eat a verity of fruit berries are a good source of antioxidants.
Cut back on your drinking and smoking habits, or stop doing them all together, you might not believe it but there is a direct link to the affect smoking has on your skin. These habits don't only affect you outwardly, there is always the damage you are doing inside.
You might be a sun worshiper, the affects of the sun does more damage than you think, long periods of baking in the sun shows up in the skin making you age quicker, a good sun bloke can prevent this from happening, the use of creams after sunning yourself can also help prevent premature aging of the skin.
More and more people are turning to sun beds these are also linked to premature aging of the skin, it is also thought the use of sun beds increases your chances of getting skin cancer.
It is better if you don't sun bath, there are many creams on the market that can give you that golden tan you are looking for, having a nice golden tan makes you look and feel good, its easy to get a tan from a bottle these days without risking getting skin cancer.
What would you prefer, a nice tan for a couple of months or youthful looking skin for the rest of your life, start today and reduce those aging wrinkles, eat the right foods and kick those bad habits.
